We suggest you replace your SOVA Night Guard once per year or when it shows signs of wear. However, the night guard may need to be replaced sooner or last longer depending on how heavy of a grinder you are and how well it is taken care of.
What’s the difference between the Max Bundle and Sova Bundle?The Max bundle includes the Max guard which is 2.4 mm thick. The SOVA bundle includes the SOVA (Aero) guard which is 1.6 mm thick.
