The Macallan Harmony Collection is a limited-edition annual release that celebrates the distillery’s long-standing harmonious connection with nature. The inspiration for the second release comes from Ethiopian Arabica coffee beans—wildly renowned for its high acidity and complex flavor notes. Whisky maker Steven Bremner worked with expert coffee lovers (and growers) to create a new single malt that pairs exceptionally well with your morning espresso. This fusion of inspiration and creativity unveiled not one, but two different expressions for their new collection.

The Intense Arabica Single Malt Scotch is aged in a combination of American and European oak casks. Tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak, and vanilla greet the nose. The palate opens with an intense flavor of espresso, spiced with notes of dark chocolate, tiramisu, raisins, blackberries, vanilla, Brazil nut, and sweet oak. A long, lingering taste of dark roast coffee balances out the finish.
