The odyssey of Planteray Rum 2008 Belize begins in the vibrant heart of Belize, where it rests for thirteen years, absorbing the essence of this blessed land. Transported to the southwest of France, it ends its journey in Ferrand barrels for two more years. This unique double-aging process imbues the rum with unparalleled complexity and depth.

Tasting Notes:
— Nose: Very old bourbon notes with intense and spicy cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, roasted almonds, leather, cocoa, honey, and banana
— Palate: Citrus and pear, caramel, coconut, pepper, cloves, licorice, and tobacco
— Finish: Long on dried fruits, cherry, vanilla, coffee, and gentle vegetal notes
