Is it a warming device as well?

The vibration treatment does provide 5-10ºC of gentle warming as it runs but it doesn't have a separate heating element.

How strong is the belt?

The focal vibration from this device is low amplitude so feels gentle but works by penetrating over a 10 minute period.
