Mortlach Single Malts

Established in in 1823, Mortlach was the first legal distillery in Dufftown—the epicenter of whisky production in Speyside. Their intricate 2.81 distillation process was created by Alexander Cowie nearly 200 years ago, and remains unchanged to this day. Solely used at Mortlach distillery, this unique technique results in the thick, rich, bold spirit character that Mortlach is famed for.
