The HORL rolling knife sharpener ensures the perfect cut with every knife. The grinding side of the roller has a D35 diamond coating, which is harder than any knife steel and durable for long-lasting use. The opposite side of the roller is made of grooved stainless steel for removing excess residue and professional-grade smoothing.

HORL's magnetic grinding gauge is the secret to the perfect grinding angle. With the magnetic grinding gauge, every knife you sharpen is automatically held in the exact grinding angle of 15°. This means less material removal as well as faster results. The 15° grinding angle is the ideal blend of stability and sharpness. This entire set functions for all knife sizes from the small paring knife to a large cleaver.
