What does the clasp look like? Since this bracelet doesn’t have removable links, how do it narrow to fit a smaller wrist?

It is a chain mail clasp. There is a clasp that opens and can be slid along to any point on the bracelet and then clasped down. It allows you to set it to exactly where you want it and is much more accurate and easier than links.
