The Buffalo Nickel is technically known as the “Five-Cent Indian Head” coin. It's most commonly referred to as the “Buffalo Nickel” or “Bison Nickel” due to the bison on the back and often the “Indian Nickel” based on the portrait of a classic American native on the front.

NGC provides an accurate, consistent, and impartial assessment of authenticity backed by the comprehensive NGC Guaranty, which protects buyers and sellers!

The coin will be encased in a long-term preservation holder. The holder is made to enhance the presentation of the encapsulated coin and protects against tampering.
