These will sync with any Bluetooth® enabled device, so if your TV (or speaker) is Bluetooth® capable then yes!

Are there any differences in the design between the Sleephones and the Runphones besides color options?

The RunPhones® fabric is moisture-wicking and lighter-weight than our SleepPhones® Fleece fabric. They help keep sweat at bay and are perfect for customers who are warmer sleepers or who live in warmer climates.

Can you talk on your phone using this product?

You would be able to hear incoming calls through the speakers but would have to speak directly into the phone.
